At DentalPets, your dog’s wellbeing always comes first. If a product isn’t quite what you expected, no worries — we’re here to support you and always aim to find a fair solution.
Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Within this period, unopened products can be returned without any issues.
Opened products
Our supplements are food products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot normally accept returns of products that have been opened or have damaged packaging.
However, if you have opened the product and something isn’t right, or if your dog reacts unexpectedly, please contact us at support@dentalpets.nl. We’ll gladly review your situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Return shipping costs
If you received the wrong item, if the product arrived damaged, or if your dog does not tolerate the product well, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an unopened product for personal reasons (for example, you changed your mind), we will also cover the return shipping costs — because we want you to shop with confidence at DentalPets.
How to return an item

Clearly indicate whether the product is opened or unopened.

If the product is unopened, please let us know the reason for the return.

After confirmation, you will receive the return address and further instructions.
Refund processing
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
