These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the DentalPets website and related services (the “Services”). This website is operated by DentalPets. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DentalPets.
By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account

Our delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please review our Shipping Policy for the most up-to-date information on processing times, estimated delivery timeframes, tracking and delays.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms affects your statutory rights (see Section 15).

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
Any purchases you make through our store are between you and DentalPets. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and DentalPets. You agree not to hold Shopify liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from your purchase from our store.
10. User Feedback and Submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions or other content (“Feedback”), you grant DentalPets a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such Feedback for any purpose, including marketing, unless prohibited by law.
You confirm that your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights and is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful.
We may remove any content at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentalPets, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive termination.

These Terms, together with policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and DentalPets regarding your use of the Services.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
